About the Event
My fascinator hat workshop will cover:
Designing your Fascinator
Covering the Buckram Frame
Creating a lining
Adding an attachment to keep the hat on the head
Trimming techniques to embellish your fascinator
The kit includes a buckram frame, fabric, lining, and an attachment for the headpiece. Materials will be included in the price.
